CTE recently won 10 more grants to deploy battery-electric buses through the FTA's Low or No Emissions Vehicle Program (Low-No). CTE has won more Low-No projects than any other organization in the history of the grant program and is the trusted premier organization for zero-emission bus knowledge and expertise.The following ten projects represent FY 2018 Low-No Awards for CTE:

- Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority
- Hawaii Department of Transportation
- Transit Authority of Lexington (LexTran)
- Maine Department of Transportation
- Bi-State Development Agency (Metro)
- LakeTran
- Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet)
- City of Port Arthur
