CTE Works with Shell Oil to Prepare Successful Proposal for New Hydrogen Fueling Stations
CTE expands successful grant writing service
On February 17, 2017, the California Energy Commission (CEC) awarded the Shell Oil Company funding for seven hydrogen fueling stations in northern California through the Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program. CTE worked closely with Shell throughout the grant application process and is honored to have been a helping hand in producing proposals for seven grant awards totaling $16,362,500."We are especially proud to have worked with Shell to put together a very successful winning proposal package, including the four highest rated proposals in the evaluation," said Jaimie Levin, Director of West Coast Operations for CTE. "It is a privilege to assist the world's largest fuel retailer as they expand into the game changing hydrogen market".
Since its founding in 1993, CTE has established a reputation for developing winning advanced transportation proposals. CTE typically does not charge to write proposals on behalf of teams that include CTE as a Project Management partner. "With demand for CTE's proposal writing services continuing to grow beyond the number of projects we could manage, we expanded our client services to a Proposal for Fee option in 2016. I am proud to say that in addition to this successful effort with Shell Oil, we won both of our two previous proposals developed under our Proposal for Fee option", said Wendy Morgan, CTE's Member Services and Grants Manager. "We are happy to put our proposal development expertise to use on behalf of our partners in the pursuit of our mission to move advanced clean transportation technologies to market."
