The Center for Transportation and the Environment (CTE) is heading to Las Vegas this November for the Green Transportation Summit & Expo (GTSE), co-located with RE+ 2026. GTSE brings together fleet operators, technology providers, utilities, policymakers, and other industry leaders to explore practical solutions for cleaner, more efficient transportation. With programming focused on clean fuels, vehicle technology, infrastructure, energy, and fleet operations, the event provides a natural forum for CTE to share its experience helping fleets plan and implement zero-emission transitions.
Throughout the event, CTE staff will contribute to conversations on the intersection of transportation and energy, fleet transformation, and practical strategies for transitioning to zero-emission vehicles.
CTE Principal Engineer Erik Bigelow will be speaking on the Energy + Mobility Integration: The Convergence of Transportation & Power panel, exploring the growing connections between transportation electrification, energy infrastructure, and the power sector.
When: Monday, November 16, 2026 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Where: W210, Level 2, West Hall
Steve Clermont, Managing Director of Business Development will moderate Medium & Heavy-Duty Fleet Transformation, bringing CTE’s experience supporting commercial and public fleets through complex zero-emission vehicle deployments to the discussion.
When: Monday, November 16, 2026 | 2:30 PM – 3:45 PM
Where: W209, Level 2, West Hall
CTE Managing Consultant Anna Staddon will also take the Electric Drive Theater stage in the West Hall Expo Hall on Wednesday, November 18, from 9:50–10:20 a.m. for Zero-Emission Fleet Transition Planning: A Guide for Freight, Delivery, and Logistics Operators.
During the practical 30-minute session, Anna will introduce CTE’s new Zero-Emission Fleet Transition Planning Guidebook, developed with support from the C.H. Robinson Foundation. Attendees will learn how to develop a transition plan that evaluates ZEV total cost of ownership and break-even points compared with legacy vehicles, assesses vehicle replacement options, plans for utility and infrastructure timelines, and prepares staff for new vehicle technologies.
In addition to participating in the conference program, CTE will be exhibiting at GTSE. Stop by our booth to meet the team and learn more about how CTE supports fleets at every stage of the zero-emission transition.
